| Objectives | The scheme aims at increasing agricultural production, storage and marketing by Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) in Bihar by construction of rural godowns, improving agricultural credit and upgrading professional/managerial skills. |
| Salient features | To provide assistance to Government of Bihar for developing 1500 PACS including LAMPS and FSS in 28 districts of Bihar into cooperative rural growth center. |
| Pattern of assistance | The project stands closed on 31.3.1996 as per agreement between Govt. of India and EEC. For the year 2001-02 NCDC would be releasing unutilized grants by the State Govt. under the scheme. |
