Recent Amendments To PFS Order, 1989

New Delhi, the 30th September, 1997
No. (F.No. 8-97/91-PP.I).- In partial modification of Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation Notification No. 8-97/91-PP.I dated 26.11.93, it is notified for general information that the following officer is added in the list of authorised officers of State Government to inspect, fumigate or disinfect and issue Phytosanitary Certificate in respect of exportable Plants/plant materials.
